We are working with a friendly and supportive Primary School in Salford that is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning.
Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and social development.
Help create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment.
Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources.
Support children with varying learning needs where required.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
Has previous experience working within a UK Primary School.
Is enthusiastic, patient and committed to supporting children's learning.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
Is flexible, reliable and able to work as part of a team.
