We are currently recruiting for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Telford, supporting children across the Early Years Unit, including both Nursery and Reception classes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant with Early Years experience who is confident working both independently and as part of a team, following the guidance of the class teacher to support children's learning and development.

The Role:
Support teaching and learning across Nursery and Reception.
Assist with play-based learning activities and early development goals.
Work proactively using your own initiative while following teacher direction.
Help create a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
Support children with their social, emotional, and educational development.Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
Confident supporting young children's learning and development.
Able to work independently and adapt to the needs of the classroom.
Experience supporting children with SEND would be highly desirable.
Reliable and available for the full 4-week placement.What We Offer:
