Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Lewisham
Start date: ASAP
Daily rate: £85 - 95 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm - term time only
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and helping students reach their full potential. You will assist in the classroom, work with small groups, and provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
Providing support to students individually or in small groups
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
Collaborating with teachers and other staff to ensure the best educational experience for studentsQualifications and Requirements:
Recent graduates (last 4 years) and experienced Teaching Assistants are welcome to apply
Passion for education and working with children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
