Are you an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking to support pupils in a mainstream primary school?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school in Mansfield who are looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant. The school provides a welcoming and supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop academically and socially.
The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis, supporting pupils across the classroom with their learning and development. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher, providing classroom support, assisting with activities and helping pupils remain engaged with their learning.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
• Experience working with children in a primary school or educational setting
• A good understanding of the Primary Curriculum
• Confidence supporting pupils with classroom activities and learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive and proactive approach
• The ability to create positive relationships with pupils and staff
