Teaching Assistant - Primary School ( Blackpool)
Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a Teaching Assistant with a solid background in the UK primary education system. We are seeking an adaptable TA to work across all year groups at a one-form entry primary school based in Blackpool. This full-time role requires flexibility to accommodate the ever-changing needs of the school, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive.
As a TA, you will be expected to provide high-quality support across various year groups, from Early Years to Year 6.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with lesson delivery
Supporting individual and group learning
Helping to manage classroom behaviour.
Being proactive in adapting to different classroom environments
Being capable of working closely with teachers to enhance the educational experience of the students.The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school within the UK, with a thorough understanding of the national curriculum and a proven ability to support learning in a variety of settings. You must be reliable, committed, and passionate about making a positive impact on children's education.
This role will initially be through our agency, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
