Specialist provision- Liverpool
Hours/Days: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-4.00pm (Term-Time only)
Competitive rate £85-£100 daily
Start date- As soon as possible.
Role and Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students' educational and personal development. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
Providing one-on-one support to students with challenging behaviour.
Implementing strategies to help students manage their behaviour and emotions.
Encouraging a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Supporting students with their academic and social progress.
Collaborating with colleagues, parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a dedicated individual who:

Is resilient and able to remain calm in challenging situations.
Has experience working with secondary students, particularly those with behavioural difficulties.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to the needs of individual students.
Is committed to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
