Description:
Our client school are seeking a dedicated full-time General Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary school community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education and eager to make a difference in students' lives.
Responsibilities:
Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
Assist in the preparation of learning materials and resources, ensuring all students have the tools they need to succeed.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, tailoring assistance to individual learning needs.
Help manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as recess and lunch breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualised education plans for students with special needs.
Assist in the assessment and recording of students' progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers and parents.Must have a DBS or be willing to apply for one.
