About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting the academic and personal development of students. Your role will include working closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment, providing one-on-one support to students who need it, and helping to maintain a stimulating classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities.
Provide individual support to students, particularly those with special educational needs.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Support students with their academic work, both in and out of the classroom.
Supervise group activities and ensure student safety at all times.
Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and confidence.About You: We are seeking candidates with:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
