The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential classroom support to ensure that all students have the best opportunity to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:
✔️ Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
✔️ Working with small groups and individual students to provide targeted support
✔️ Assisting with behaviour management and promoting a positive learning environment
✔️ Helping students with special educational needs (SEN) to access the curriculum
✔️ Providing general administrative and classroom support as required

Who We're Looking For:

This role is only open to candidates with prior experience working in schools or the education sector. The ideal candidate will have:
✅ Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
✅ A good understanding of the secondary curriculum and learning strategies
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
✅ A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students
