Teaching Assistant Job available in Andover
September 2026 start date
Based in Andover, this school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their school from September to cover a period of long-term sickness. As a Teaching Assistant you will be needed Monday to Friday initially for 5 weeks.
As a Teaching Assistant you will be supporting a Year 4 class. You will work alongside pupils, helping them to engage in class and focus in lessons. Working with the class teacher you will be helping to support learning objectives within the lessons thorughout the day.
This is a temporary position. The right candidate will ideally have had experience working as a Teaching Assistant previously and will be able to provide two child-based related references.
