Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for more flexibility, variety and the opportunity to work in some fantastic primary schools across Northamptonshire?
Coba Education is looking for confident, reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our growing supply team.
Whether you're looking for a few days a week to fit around other commitments or regular full-time work, supply gives you the flexibility to choose when and where you work.
The role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you could be:
* Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Working alongside class teachers to support learning
* Providing 1:1 or small-group intervention
* Supporting children with additional needs and SEN
* Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom
* Providing general classroom and pastoral support
Assignments can range from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, depending on your availability and preferences.

* Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school
* Are confident supporting children in the classroom
* Have a positive, proactive and adaptable approach
* Can quickly build relationships with pupils and school staff
