As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with students facing a variety of special educational needs, including physical, emotional, and learning difficulties. Your main responsibilities will include:

Provide individualized assistance to students, empowering them to engage with the curriculum and achieve their fullest potential
Monitor students' development closely and provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents, ensuring continuous educational growth
Foster a nurturing and secure environment, offering emotional support and encouragement to students as they navigate their educational journey
Maintain transparent and effective communication channels with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in each student's education
Champion a culture of inclusivity and belonging within the school community, ensuring that every student with special educational needs feels valued and embraced
We're looking for candidates with:

Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred)
A compassionate disposition, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students with special educational needs thrive
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
