About the Role
Connex Education are working with Primary Schools in Marple and the surrounding areas. We supply them with temporary supply Teaching Assistants. The roles that you may be assigned are temporary day-to-day, short and or long term.
This is a fantastic opportunity for people that are aspiring to become an excellent teaching assistant. We have opportunities for experienced Teaching Assistants and also people that are dedicated to providing excellent education to young people.
Anyone that is not qualified is welcome to get in touch as we have a pathway to become a Qualified Teaching Assistant.
Assignment Details
The roles that we have my come on a day-to-day basis or assignments may also come in advance.
The assignments could be a various school which is an amazing way to gain experience in different settings. With this, you may encounter many different backgrounds and a diverse range of needs that children may have.

Person Specification
Experience with children that have additional needs in the classroom
Hold a valid Level 1, 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Be willing to provide personal care if needed
Be confident in building effective working relationships with adults and pupils
Excellent ICT skills
Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
