Provide a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes engagement, progress and positive behaviour.
Support pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Work collaboratively with support staff and other professionals to help pupils achieve their potential.
Demonstrate flexibility in responding to the changing needs of different age groups and learners.

The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has previous experience teaching pupils with additional needs in a specialist SEN setting or a similar environment.
Has experience delivering the primary curriculum, which is essential for this role.
Has experience supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD and social, emotional or behavioural difficulties.
Is highly adaptable, patient and resilient, with the ability to adjust their teaching approach to suit different ages, abilities and needs.
Can build positive relationships with pupils who may face significant barriers to learning.
Is committed to providing an inclusive, nurturing and engaging learning environment.
