Teacher – SEMH/SEN Provision

Location: Wolverhampton

Contract: Term Time Only | Short-Term, Long-Term & Ad-Hoc Opportunities

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role

Successful candidates may have the opportunity to:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.

Support students with SEMH, SEN and additional barriers to learning.

Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching approaches to maximise outcomes.

Promote positive behaviour through effective classroom management.

Contribute to students' emotional wellbeing and personal development.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, carers and external professionals.

Create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Maintain high standards of safeguarding and professional practice.

We're Looking For

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or are working towards it.

Have experience within SEN, SEMH, alternative provision or secondary education.

Can build strong, positive relationships with young people.

Have excellent behaviour management and communication skills.

Are passionate about inclusive education and supporting students to achieve their potential.

Remain calm, flexible and resilient in a dynamic learning environment.
