Position: Science Teacher
Start Date: September 2024
Location: Telford
Salary: £160 - £210 per day

Dunbar Education is currently seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join our team in Telford. This role offers a unique opportunity to inspire and educate young minds, fostering their academic and emotional development. As a Teacher of Science, you will prepare engaging lesson plans, create a positive learning environment, and support the individual needs of each student.

Your Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and effective science lessons to students.

* Create and implement assessment strategies to track and monitor student progress.

* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the primary school curriculum.

* Provide support and guidance to students in their academic and personal growth.

* Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events as needed.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred (unqualified and experienced candidates welcome to apply).

* A degree in a science-related discipline.

* Experience teaching science at the secondary level is preferred but not essential.

* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
