Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Proven experience teaching mathematics at the primary or secondary level.
Deep knowledge and understanding of the mathematics curriculum and assessment requirements.
Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
