Are you an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Teacher of ICT looking for a flexible long-term opportunity within a supportive secondary school?
Clarence Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Rugby to recruit a talented ICT Teacher for a rolling, term-time-only contract commencing in the new term.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to teach ICT across Key Stages 3 and 4 whilst helping students develop the digital skills, creativity and technological understanding needed for success in an increasingly digital world.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

Deliver engaging and effective ICT lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Inspire students to develop confidence in digital literacy, computing and technology.
Plan, prepare and assess lessons that drive pupil progress and achievement.
Monitor attainment and provide targeted support where required.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Maintain high expectations of behaviour, effort and achievement.
Support the wider development of the ICT department and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
Encourage students to explore future opportunities within technology and digital careers.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching ICT within a secondary school setting.
Possesses strong subject knowledge and a passion for technology.
Can engage and motivate students of all abilities.
Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
Has strong communication and organisational abilities.
Is committed to raising standards and achieving positive outcomes for young people.
Shares a genuine commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
