Empowering Learning is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate Drama Teacher to join our team at a vibrant Secondary School starting from September 2024. This is a full-time, long-term position initially till December 2024, with the potential for extension.

Role Overview: As a Drama Teacher, you will inspire and engage students in the exploration of dramatic arts, fostering creativity, confidence, and expression. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, developing and implementing innovative curriculum plans, and supporting students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver dynamic and interactive drama lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and personal growth.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to drive improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the Drama Department and school community.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this role.
Proven experience teaching Drama at the Secondary School level.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel in their studies.
