Are you a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Business Studies & Economics? We are looking for an enthusiastic Teacher of Business Studies & Economics to join our vibrant secondary school in Hackney. This is an incredible opportunity to inspire and educate students in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Teacher of Business Studies & Economics Responsibilities:
Teach Business Studies and Economics across Key Stages 4 and 5, including GCSE, A Level, and BTEC.
Develop and deliver engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
Support extracurricular activities related to Business Studies and Economics.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
Teacher of Business Studies & Economics Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience in teaching Business Studies and Economics at the secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality lessons.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
Candidates with QTS are desired – QTS for this role is not essential based on candidates experience.
