I am currently supporting an independent school based in the heart of Shropshire, who are looking to recruit an exceptional Business Teacher from September!

About the role…
* Subject: Business
* Timetable: Part-time
* Start date: September
* Key stage: KS3, KS4
* Duration: Maternity Cover
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in teaching Business to a high standard to key stages KS3 and KS4
* Excellent subject knowledge
* Ability to differentiate teaching methods to cater to varying student needs and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Business lessons tailored to the diverse needs and abilities of students aged 11-16.
* Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and academic achievement.
* Assess student progress through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and behaviour, in accordance with school policies and procedures.
* Engage in extracurricular activities where necessary
* Set high expectations of student behaviours and make sure this is adhered to.
