Teacher of Business Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Business Studies.
Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active learning.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic development.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with varying abilities and learning styles.
Stay updated on changes in the field of business and incorporate relevant industry examples and case studies into teaching
Teacher of Business Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field.
Be committed to child protection, safeguarding, and pupil welfare.
PGCE with QTS or other UK recognised teaching qualification.
Previous teaching experience, preferably in a secondary school setting. This may be gained through teaching placements during teacher training or through prior teaching roles.
In-depth knowledge of business studies concepts, theories, and current business practices.
Hold a Child Only DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education. DBS sponsorship is available for this position.
