Smart Education is actively seeking a dedicated teacher to join a vibrant school team. With a specialised focus on serving pupils aged 2 to 19 with a diverse range of special educational needs and disabilities, including PMLD, cognition and learning needs, and autism, the school are committed to delivering exceptional education.

The successful candidate will lead a class of 8 pupils, primarily at the KS2 level, who present complex needs. This role will be supported by a committed team of 4 Teaching Assistants. We welcome applications from individuals with backgrounds in EYFS, primary, secondary, or post-16 education.

This position involves working with KS2 pupils who encounter persistent challenges in social interaction, communication, and emotional understanding. Successful candidates will provide consistent support across various areas, including engagement, learning, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and behaviour management.

Applicants must possess a minimum of 6 months' experience working in a UK school, with extensive experience in special educational needs.
