Teacher Education Lecturer 

Salary: £29,820 - £36,749 per annum (pro-rated for part time) 

Contract: Permanent 

Location: Sheffield 

Hours: 18.5 hours per week x 52 weeks per year

About the Role

We are seeking a highly inspirational and experienced Lecturer in teacher education, to join our teaching team within UC Sheffield. We require someone who is passionate about teaching and learning to enable high achieving classroom-based learning to both internal and external candidates to achieve their potential

Key Responsibilities  

Teaching, Learning & Assessment of Education & Training Diplomas
Managing classroom and learner behaviours including attendance
Internal and external moderation sampling, along with award board participation
Inspire the next generation or teachers to plan, prepare and enable them to be successful
Deliver a suite of City & Guilds (Level 3, 4 & 5) in Education and Training
Some leadership and administration roles will be required
