This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support learners studying Counselling Skills and Counselling Studies programmes up to Level 3.

In this role, you will deliver engaging and inclusive teaching, ensuring learners develop the knowledge, skills and professional behaviours required for progression within the counselling profession. Working within CPCAB requirements, you will facilitate counselling skills practice, personal development groups and reflective learning activities, while supporting learners to develop active listening, empathy, self-awareness and an understanding of professional and ethical practice.
