The role - Teaching Assistant - Bromley

Making sure that the classroom is prepared for lessons in advance
Planning and preparing lessons with the assistance of the teacher
Assisting children across the curriculum in a variety of ways
Providing extra support to children with special needs
Keeping track of a student's progress and reporting it to the teacher on a regular basis
Assisting the class teacher in providing materials for students with SEN needs in addition to the regular curriculum
Keeping students motivated and encouraging is key to their success
Providing supervision to students during school trips or activities is an essential part of the job
