Are you a passionate and qualified Primary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact? Monarch Education is working with a group of welcoming and high-achieving primary schools in the Weston-Super-Mare area, and we're looking for a dedicated teacher to join their supply pool from September 2026.

Your Role:

Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Lead and collaborate with classroom assistants to support all learners
Foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child

What We're Looking For:

UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in primary settings (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
Full-time availability from April 2026
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
