Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people?

The Supply Register is proud to work in partnership with Prospere Learning Trust to recruit exceptional education professionals for its family of schools. We are currently seeking a committed SEN Teacher to join the team at Pioneer House SEN School in Manchester, a specialist setting that provides high-quality education and support for pupils with a range of additional needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive, inclusive school community where every child is encouraged to thrive and reach their full potential.

The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative and differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs.
Support pupils with EHCPs and a range of additional needs, enabling them to achieve their personal and academic goals.
Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel valued and supported.
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, the SENCO and wider multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor, assess and record pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to maximise outcomes.
Build positive, professional relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs in a mainstream or specialist setting.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork abilities.
A patient, resilient and compassionate approach with a genuine passion for inclusive education.

What We Offer

Opportunities for long-term, permanent and career progression roles.
A dedicated Partnership Manager to support you throughout your placement.
Access to ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities.
The opportunity to work within Prospere Learning Trust, supported by The Supply Register, with access to a trusted network of high-quality schools.

Requirements

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Two professional references covering the previous 24 months.
The right to work in the UK.
If you're ready to take the next step in your SEN teaching career and want to join a welcoming and rewarding school environment, we'd love to hear from you.
