KS1 Teacher – Part-Time | Hall Green | September 2026

Zest Education is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school based in Hall Green, starting in September. This part-time position (3 days per week) is ideal for a teacher who wants to make a real difference while enjoying a balanced schedule.

As a KS1 Teacher, you’ll play an important role in motivating pupils and maintaining the school’s positive and inclusive ethos.

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons across Key Stage 1.

Collaborate with other teachers to share ideas and best practices.

*

Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment.

*

Manage student behaviour and ensure a safe, encouraging space for learning.

*

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.

*

Attend relevant meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

*

Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting.

*

Strong subject knowledge of the National Curriculum.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*

A valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.

The role advertised is for temporary supply work.
