We are seeking a high-calibre Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) for an immediate-start long-term contract at an inviting partner Primary School in Borehamwood. Responsibilities

Adapted Curriculum Planning: Formulate and teach tailored, high-impact lessons aligned strictly with National Curriculum guidelines to suit varied pupil capabilities.
Core Subject Mastery: Use interactive teaching tools, practical maths strategies, and modern phonics schemes to advance pupil performance.
Classroom Team Guidance: Direct and mentor room Teaching Assistants to maintain a safe, highly organised, and positive learning space.
Progress Tracking: Utilise structured assessment systems to record individual pupil milestones, evaluate growth, and celebrate academic achievements.
Multidisciplinary Liaison: Work closely alongside the SENCO, key stage coordinators, and school leadership to support SEND and EAL pupils effectively.
Parental Partnerships: Maintain clear, encouraging communication with parents and carers to build a strong home-school connection.Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential. Open to both experienced educators and outstanding Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with UK primary teaching experience.
