Key Duties:

* Prepare and review personal and partnership tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.

* Provide tailored tax planning and advisory support to a diverse portfolio of clients.

* Support and mentor junior team members, including reviewing their work and providing constructive guidance.

* Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients and maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK tax legislation and developments.

* Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact and providing proactive advice and support.

Skills & Experience Required:

* ATT qualified or qualified by experience (QBE), with CTA/STEP study support available for those looking to further develop their qualifications.

* Previous experience in a tax role within a professional practice environment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients.

* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.

* A proactive and positive approach, with a genuine willingness to learn and develop professionally.
