A leading independent accountancy and advisory firm is looking to appoint a Tax Advisor to join its growing Liverpool team. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified or qualified tax professional seeking a highly advisory-focused role with exposure to a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses, high-net-worth individuals and complex transactions.

Your new role
Working closely with experienced tax specialists and partners, you will support clients across a broad range of tax matters, with a particular focus on Owner-Managed Businesses (OMBs), private client advisory, restructuring projects and transaction-related work. You will be involved in a varied and interesting workload, including:

Providing tax advisory services to owner-managed businesses and their shareholders.
Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on personal tax planning matters.
Supporting on inheritance tax (IHT) and succession planning projects.
Assisting with corporate restructures, group reorganisations and business planning initiatives.
Working on company sales, acquisitions and other transactional tax assignments.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborating with senior tax professionals on complex advisory projects.
Identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering commercially focused solutions.What you'll need to succeed

Qualified/Studying
Previous experience within a practice environment.
Exposure to private client, OMB or mixed tax advisory work.
Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
Ambitious, proactive and keen to further develop your advisory expertise.
A genuine interest in working closely with entrepreneurial businesses and private clients.What you'll get in return
