Tax Accountant

Description:

CMA Recruitment Group are working with a Professional Services Group in the recruitment for a Tax Accountant to undertake responsibility for the trust administration and drafting of tax returns for a client portfolio of high net worth individuals.

What will the Tax Accountant role involve?

Preparation of Trust and Estate tax returns including all related tax calculations and associated correspondence with HMRC;
Production of Trust Accounts and monitoring deadlines including ten yearly charges and beneficial entitlements;
Dealing with day today administration for clients;
Preparation of inheritance tax returns for Trusts and Estates;
Provision of ad-hoc advisory work as and when required.
Suitable Candidate for the Tax Accountant opportunity:

Applicants will ideally hold a suitable professional qualification but qualified by experience candidates will also be considered if they have the right experience;
Excellent communication skills will be essential to undertake the role successfully with the ability to work with individuals both internally and externally.
Additional benefits and information for the Tax Accountant role:

The role will be office based 5 days a week with the successful candidate expected to travel to other offices as and when required.
