What will the Tax Accountant role involve?
Analysing and refining tax processes to enhance efficiency and compliance
Supporting the timely and accurate preparation and submission of tax returns and related reporting
Collaborating with senior team members to ensure system requirements and tax processes are aligned with organisational needs
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices
Assisting with system updates and documentation of end-to-end tax procedures to support continuous improvement initiatives
Suitable Candidate for the Tax Accountant vacancy:
Actively studying towards or holding a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
Sound knowledge of tax legislation, compliance, and reporting
Strong IT proficiency, with a flair for data analysis and process optimisation
Experience in financial controls, and the ability to communicate complex tax issues to non-financial audiences
Meticulous, deadline-driven, and committed to delivering high standards in their work
