We're looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage and attract top talent across CBRE's diverse business lines. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, you'll build talent pipelines, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and help secure the best talent for both current and future hiring needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys sourcing, relationship building, talent mapping and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases and networking activities.
Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demand.
Partner with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and attraction strategies.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.
Manage candidate communications, feedback, offer support and recruitment administration.
Support CBRE's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives while promoting our employer brand.

What We're Looking For

Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, social networks and candidate attraction strategies.
Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
Passion for diversity, inclusion and delivering a great candidate experience.
Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
