Job Description

This exciting 12 month role is focused on shaping and delivering some of critical people projects that support our colleagues across the world to be the best. You’ll be working alongside key stakeholders across our diverse brands, to engage, design and embed projects that are instrumental in setting our colleagues up for success.

As part of the Talent & Learning Team, you’ll take responsibility for the design and delivery of key Talent projects. You’ll take the strategic lead, engaging with senior leaders and business partnering with our key stakeholders across global locations to deliver and embed projects, enabling our talented colleagues to deliver sector leading experiences.

Some of the exciting projects we’d see you leading on are:

The continued focus of rolling out our EVP – Work.Win.Grow. Activating all the touch points that help us continually improve the colleague experience, attract and retain talent.
Supporting our People and Leadership teams across our Brands to identify, mobilise and develop our current and future talent – leveraging our internal capability to drive future performance and build our talent and succession pipeline.
Designing a management and leadership development offering that’s engaging, builds the current and future capability of Rank leaders, equipping them to lead the way in our industry and drive organisational success.
Working with the L&D Team to build a clear framework of learning that builds core skills and enables colleagues to stretch and grow their career aspirations.
Building a Group wide onboarding and induction programme that welcomes new colleagues into Rank, so they have a memorable start and are set-up for success in their role.

Qualifications

You’ll bring your wide Talent and Organisational Development experience to this role, we are looking for:

Extensive experience in a similar role, with overall responsibility for transformational people projects.
Demonstrable experience of end-to-end, successful delivery of EVP, Talent & Succession, Leadership & Management Development, Onboarding, and Induction projects.
Experienced stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence across all levels.
The ability to work in a matrix organisation – working across diverse brands, locations, and stakeholders.
A strong drive to achieve and deliver outputs – shaping the strategic direction and delivering results that will make an impact.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills – able to influence, build and engender trust and rapport quickly and effectively.
