Description:

Our client is a highly successful, profitable and fast paced, quality driven organisation, and due to continued growth are looking to recruit a Talent Manager into their high functioning HR team. This is a newly created to role working alongside the HR Director, and will be primarly tasked with promoting external and internal talent pipeline, succession planning and delivering best in class recruitment strategy.  

This role ideally suits someone who has a genarilst HR background with a strong track record in talent and recruitment.  Candidates should have previous internal talent management experience and knowledge of working in a commercial HR team. 

Areas of responsibilty include:

- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Talent management and succession planning
- Attraction and retention
- Continuous improvement and projects
- Supporting the L&D function

Alongside the proven experience within a talent role, candidates should have exceptional communication skills, previous experience of using an ATS, the ability to interpret HR data and be able to work under pressure.
