Job Title: Talent Management Assessment Specialist

Location: Hersham

Duration: 12 month contract

Work Arrangement: Hybrid working available

Contract Type: Inside IR35

Rate: Depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Assessment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing High Potential assessments as part of our Talent Management and Leadership Development processes. Your expertise will contribute to identifying and nurturing future leaders within our organisation.

High-Level Tasks:

Design High Potential assessments as part of Talent Management and Leadership Development processes.
Develop and implement a project plan for High-Potential identification and assessment, integrated into the annual HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop psychological construct design for assessments.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure the successful implementation of assessment tools.
Design and enhance user interfaces in third-party platforms and the company’s HR Information System.
Oversee data flow and reporting capabilities, ensuring robust governance for assessment processes.
Link assessment outcomes to mentoring topics to support employee development.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Psychology, Statistics, Data Management, or Human Resources.
Desired: Experience working at a psychological assessment company or in an in-house role focused on psychological assessments.

Experience:

Required: Experience in implementing third-party assessments used for employee selection, high potential development, and leadership development.
Desired (at least one of the following):
Designing High Potential programs.
Implementing Success Profiles.
Conducting Assessment and Development Centres.
