A well-established law firm, based in Tunbridge Wells are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their Talent Development team. The role is supporting the administrative needs of the training provided and acting as the point of contact for all training requests.
Responsibilities -
- Liaising with external and internal trainers.
- Booking training rooms and equipment.
- Creating events, sending invitations and monitoring attendance.
- Ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and shared efficiently.
- Downloading and editing recorded sessions, effectively maintaining up to date systems.
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking notes as required.
