Package Talent Consultant
•24-26k basic salary with uncapped bonuses and realistic OTE of 28-33k
•8.30am - 5.30pm Monday Friday
•23 days holiday rising 1 day per year up to 27 days

Role What you'll be doing as a Talent Consultant
•Providing support to the Client Relationship Management team in providing the most suitable candidates in a timely manner
•Generating potential new business opportunities through various forms of lead generation
•Using multiple platforms to attract and engage with candidates
•Interviewing and registering candidates via telephone and video calls
•Maintaining and nurturing a database of existing candidates
•Proactively tracking and managing the candidate journey by keeping up-to-date with candidates' job search, ensuring excellent communication and customer care
•Various administration tasks relating to the recruitment process
