Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner- Early Careers

Duration: 6 months, extensions likely

Location: Warwick/ Hybrid (once to twice per week in the office)

Salary: circa £45000 per annum

Our client, a leading player in the Utilities industry, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on an initial 6 months contract with scope to extend. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping the future talent pipeline of our client.

What will you do?

Design and implement a comprehensive Early Careers recruiting strategy.
Identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions and adverts.
Collaborate with department managers to ensure consistency in requirements.
Utilise various channels such as databases, online forums, and social media to attract candidates.
Conduct interviews and philtre candidates for open positions.
Host and manage Assessment Centres, including assessor management and feedback sessions.
Take ownership of the Early Careers Social Media campaign.
Manage relationships with universities, schools, and colleges.
Ensure compliance with relevant UK Employment Legislation.What do you need to succeed?

Proven experience in Early Careers recruitment, with excellent organisational skills.
Previous experience leading and managing Early Careers recruitment process within a large organisation.
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills to engage with senior stakeholders and candidates.
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to build long-term networks.
Influencing and negotiation skills, ideally demonstrated through offer management or supplier negotiation.
Research and assimilation capabilities to gather key information.
