Our client is a leading company in their manufacturing field and is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. Please note this role is initially for a 12 month contract.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
Developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Utilising various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates
Conducting thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
Managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to hiring decision
Building strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journeyRequirements:

Initially a 12 month contract
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting high-calibre candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsWhy Join my client?
