Due to our exciting growth plans, g2 Recruitment are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support g2's ambitious growth plans as we continue to build teams across the UK and invest heavily in our European divisions.

We have opened 15 offices across the global in 15 years however between now and 2025, g2 Recruitment have ambitious expansion plans; key to this is the expansion of our office footprint into Europe. To achieve this, it is vital we have the right people in the business and as such g2 are looking to invest in our Talent Acquisition.

As part of these positions, you'll take full ownership of Internal Recruitment in the respective region and have the opportunity to climb the career ladder.

What the role involves:

→ You'll be supported by our Senior Management Team and be tasked with attracting graduates/experienced Recruitment Consultants from across the globe who have the potential to become our next Top Billers and future leaders

→ Managed directly by Nikita Parmar, Head of Internal Recruitment

→ Identifying potential future top billers and leaders

→ Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers in the office

→ Organisation of Assessment Centres

→ Build relationships with universities

→ Organisation of external events - career fairs, sponsorships

→ Brand ambassador for g2

→ Support our succession planning strategy

→ Managing the recruitment process, from identifying prospects through to interview stage and final on boarding

→ Writing and posting adverts on LinkedIn and job boards, managing social media platforms, reviewing CVs and selecting suitable candidates

→ An important part of this role will be building relationships with hiring managers to fully understand their hiring needs, working proactively to anticipate the needs of the business and deliver results to meet headcount targets
