Description:

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a leading logistics business, that are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join them on a FTC until October.

This role will be based in Liverpool and allows 1 day per week working from home.

The successful candidate will receive a salary between £30,000 - £35,000.

As a successful Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for;

Supporting managers with key acquisitions and campaigns
Actively sourcing and screening candidates for live vacancies
Drafting adverts, scheduling interviews and gaining feedback

The ideal Talent Acquisition Advisor will have experience in the following;

Previous experience within a recruitment / TA position, either in house or agency
Experience using an ATS System (Success Factor is desirable)
Have strong engagement and organisation skills
Good communication and relationship skills
