Location: Canary Wharf
Pay: PAYE - £19.30/hour | Limited/Umbrella - £25.80/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 35 hours/week (2 days in office)

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to meet staffing needs and align with organisational strategies.
Source and screen candidates using advanced internet techniques and applicant tracking systems.
Manage the recruitment process, from initial telephone screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless journey for all candidates.
Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with both active and passive candidates to promote our client as a top employer.
Lead small recruitment campaigns and contribute to departmental projects.What You Bring:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in both volume and specialist recruitment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes, including knowledge of employment legislation. Why Join Us?
