We are currently supporting a school who we have had a strong relationship with for many years in recruiting a TA for Special Needs to join their amazing team.
Responsibilities
The successful TA for Special Needs will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings.
The TA for Special Needs appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
This school requires a TA for Special Needs who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this TA for Special Needs role.
To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a TA for Special Needs.
