Job Opportunity: Qualified Teaching Assistant - Dudley
We are recruiting for a passionate, reliable and qualified Teaching Assistant to work within a school setting based in Dudley.
We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in supporting children's education and is confident working within a classroom environment.
The successful candidate will work alongside teaching staff to support pupils' learning, encourage positive behaviour and help create an inclusive and engaging classroom.
Requirements:
Must hold a relevant Teaching Assistant or recognised education-based qualification.
Previous experience working within a school or classroom environment.
Good understanding of classroom practice and supporting teaching and learning.
Confident assisting pupils with individual and group activities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement.
Reliable, adaptable and professional.
A caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's education.
Pay: Competitive rates of pay, dependent on experience and qualifications.
