Systems Lead Engineer - RF
12 month contract
Can be based in Bristol or Stevenage
Offering up to £85ph Inside IR35
Do you have an understanding of RF communication principals and design?
Do you have experience across the systems engineering lifecycle and managing project timescales?

Due to the nature of the work you will be involved in, SC clearance will be required.
As the Systems Lead Engineer - RF, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.
You will be involved in:
Responsible for the development and delivery of an RF data link system
Requirements definition and management
Systems design methodologies
Work package management
Technical leadership of junior engineers
Managing internal suppliers, and external suppliers
Managing customer stakeholders
Leading design reviews across the product lifecycle
Experience with proving and validation
Experience working within an international team
Managing Technical Risks
Your skillset & experience:
An understanding of RF communication principals and design
Experience managing project timescales and deliverables, and providing technical leadership to a small engineering team
Good interaction skills, verbal and written communication
