Are you an experienced Systems Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology and innovation? Join our clients dynamic team in St Asaph, North Wales but close to Chester, United Kingdom

As a Systems Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in the design and development of new imaging and sighting systems for Aerospace & Defence and Life Science applications. From concept to production, you'll lead the electronics and firmware design, ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities of this Systems Engineer role based in St Asaphs, North Wales:

-Lead the development of electronic solutions for electro-optical products using FPGA, digital, and analogue hardware and software.

-Provide systems engineering inputs throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to manufacture and test.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, perform analysis, and ensure product reliability.

-Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for project phases.

-Support the transition from design to production, ensuring continuity and efficiency.

-Drive product development through prototyping and qualification phases, meeting both internal and customer-driven requirements.

Requirements for this Systems Engineer St Asaphs, North Wales role:

- Experience working in a Systems Engineer role at an Electronics manufacturer.

- Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 or better qualification.

-Strong knowledge and experience in digital and analogue signal processing.

-Proficiency in analogue electronics design and schematic capture.

-Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and user instructions.

-Familiarity with the full design lifecycle, from requirements capture to integration.

-Understanding of qualification standards such as MIL, STANAG, ESCC/ECSS.
