Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with teams and customers to define and document system requirements.
* Use tools and methodologies to track and maintain requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Validate system requirements to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Provide insights during design reviews on requirements' impact on system architecture.
* Manage changes to requirements, adapting to evolving project needs.
* Integrate requirements into the broader systems engineering process.
* Maintain organised documentation according to best practices.
* Participate in meetings to shape project direction.
* Collaborate within the engineering team for outstanding results.
Key Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in requirements management within complex systems engineering projects.
* Familiarity with industry-leading tools and methodologies.
* Strong analytical skills for optimising system requirements.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
